Welcome to Faraway Beads website for creative handmade jewelry by me, Suzie Jenkins. I enjoy using beads from around the world, gemstones, pearls, shells, wood, bone, distinctive glass, & fine Balinese and Thai sterling silver beads, many that I've collected on trips.
Payment
Payments are processed using a SSL secure PAYPAL shopping cart. All Major credit cards are accepted.
Shipping
I ship ASAP after payment is received, ususally within 5 business days, via USPS Priority Mail. The flat rate S&H is included in the jewelry price. The jewelry is insured and will require a delivery confirmation. There may be a rare occasion when it may take a bit longer but NEVER more than 7 days after payment is received.
All Jewelry arrives in a lovely drawstring organza bag with a card detailing the materials used in each piece.
Refunds and Exchanges
It is important to me that you LOVE your new piece, so if there are any problems please feel free to contact me. I accept returns within 7 days of your receipt of the package. For a full refund ( less shipping charges) ,it must be in its original condition and unused.. PLEASE contact me for Return Authorization first. I do not accept returns on Custom Orders or orders that have been re-sized.
